I am passionate about caring for the whole person.

From the food we eat, beverages we consume, what goes on our skin, and the activities we participate in. All of this affects our beauty, health, and quality of life.

Over the last few years, I’ve taken a great interest in healing the root cause of illness, not just treating a symptom.

I want clients to feel their best and look their best. As a nurse, I’ve cared for some of the sickest patients working with adults in ICU, newborns in NICU, and spending most of my nursing years caring for kids in PICU. This has helped form me into the provider I am, but it has also shown me that prevention is best.

I earned my BSN from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, NE. While working as an RN in the PICU, I returned to school and earned my MSN from South Alabama as a Family Nurse Practitioner. While I love being a Nurse Practitioner, wife and mom are my favorite titles.

I hope to bring my love of health, prevention and faith into every visit.

Further certifications held in: *BHRT treatment from The Elite Nurse Practitioner. *PRP facial and joint injections from Dr PRP. *Neurotoxin & Dermal Filler injections from AAFE.

Sidney is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care throughout every stage of life. She believes healthcare should be collaborative and that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered to make decisions about their health.

Sidney takes a “meet people where they’re at” approach to healthcare. She recognizes that every person comes to their healthcare journey with different experiences, goals, needs, and comfort levels. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works alongside each patient to understand what matters most to them and develop a personalized plan that fits their individual needs.

Sidney has a particular passion for fertility, reproductive health, and hormone health. She provides infertility evaluation and counseling, fertility workups, ovulation induction, contraceptive counseling and management, and evaluation and treatment of abnormal menstrual bleeding. She also provides menopause symptom management and hormone therapy, an area she received specialized training in during her graduate education. Sidney believes women deserve to feel their best throughout all of life’s transitions and is passionate about helping women navigate the physical and hormonal changes that occur throughout their lives.

As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Sidney cares for women from the beginning of menstruation throughout the lifespan, providing routine wellness and preventive care, reproductive and gynecologic care, primary care, and acute care. Primary care services may include evaluation and management of common conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid disorders, respiratory conditions, and other ongoing health concerns. Acute visits may include evaluation of illnesses and new concerns such as respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, vaginal or vulvar concerns, rashes, minor injuries, headaches, gastrointestinal concerns, and other common acute conditions.

Sidney also provides reproductive healthcare for men, including fertility evaluation, reproductive counseling, and sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment.

Education is at the heart of Sidney’s approach to patient care. She believes women should have the opportunity to understand how their bodies function throughout every season of life—from the first menstrual cycle and reproductive years to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Rather than simply telling patients what they should do, Sidney strives to provide clear education, evidence-based information, and resources so patients can understand their options and make informed healthcare decisions that align with their own values, goals, and circumstances.

Whether a patient is establishing routine wellness care, seeking answers about their fertility, navigating menstrual or hormonal changes, considering contraception or hormone therapy, experiencing menopause symptoms, or simply has a health concern they would like to discuss, Sidney strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, understood in their experiences, and empowered to participate in their care.

I am a pharmacist, Lifestyle Medicine practitioner, board-certified health coach, and MCS-P certified specialist with a passion for helping people address the true drivers of chronic disease rather than simply managing symptoms.

My career began in traditional pharmacy, where I saw firsthand how quickly medications were added—and how rarely patients were given the time, guidance, or support to address nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and environmental factors. Over time, it became clear that many people weren’t lacking prescriptions—they were lacking a personalized roadmap.

A pivotal moment in my professional growth was reading How Not to Die by Michael Greger. It reinforced what I was witnessing in practice: lifestyle is powerful medicine. That insight reshaped my direction and led me deeper into Lifestyle Medicine, functional assessment tools, cellular health strategies, and root-cause approaches.

Today, I work primarily in a focused, one-on-one setting, allowing for depth, personalization, and meaningful transformation. My approach integrates medication optimization with nutrition, metabolic health, microbiome support, stress physiology, environmental inputs, and emerging technologies that support cellular resilience. I am particularly interested in mitochondrial health, redox balance, and non-pharmacologic interventions that enhance the body’s innate capacity to heal.

I do not believe in quick fixes. Sustainable health requires education, partnership, and accountability. While medications can be lifesaving and necessary, they should not replace foundational lifestyle change. My work centers on helping individuals build that foundation—strategically, realistically, and without overwhelm.

Whether supporting individuals privately or exploring workplace wellness initiatives, my goal remains the same: to bridge the gap between conventional pharmacy and true health optimization—empowering people to feel clear, energized, and confident in their bodies again.
