I am passionate about caring for the whole person.
From the food we eat, beverages we consume, what goes on our skin, and the activities we participate in. All of this affects our beauty, health, and quality of life.
Over the last few years, I’ve taken a great interest in healing the root cause of illness, not just treating a symptom.
I want clients to feel their best and look their best. As a nurse, I’ve cared for some of the sickest patients working with adults in ICU, newborns in NICU, and spending most of my nursing years caring for kids in PICU. This has helped form me into the provider I am, but it has also shown me that prevention is best.
I earned my BSN from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, NE. While working as an RN in the PICU, I returned to school and earned my MSN from South Alabama as a Family Nurse Practitioner. While I love being a Nurse Practitioner, wife and mom are my favorite titles.
I hope to bring my love of health, prevention and faith into every visit.
Further certifications held in: *BHRT treatment from The Elite Nurse Practitioner. *PRP facial and joint injections from Dr PRP. *Neurotoxin & Dermal Filler injections from AAFE.

Dr. Judy Waldman PharmD, NBC-HWC, MCS-P
I am a pharmacist, Lifestyle Medicine practitioner, board-certified health coach, and MCS-P certified specialist with a passion for helping people address the true drivers of chronic disease rather than simply managing symptoms.
My career began in traditional pharmacy, where I saw firsthand how quickly medications were added—and how rarely patients were given the time, guidance, or support to address nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and environmental factors. Over time, it became clear that many people weren’t lacking prescriptions—they were lacking a personalized roadmap.
A pivotal moment in my professional growth was reading How Not to Die by Michael Greger. It reinforced what I was witnessing in practice: lifestyle is powerful medicine. That insight reshaped my direction and led me deeper into Lifestyle Medicine, functional assessment tools, cellular health strategies, and root-cause approaches.
Today, I work primarily in a focused, one-on-one setting, allowing for depth, personalization, and meaningful transformation. My approach integrates medication optimization with nutrition, metabolic health, microbiome support, stress physiology, environmental inputs, and emerging technologies that support cellular resilience. I am particularly interested in mitochondrial health, redox balance, and non-pharmacologic interventions that enhance the body’s innate capacity to heal.
I do not believe in quick fixes. Sustainable health requires education, partnership, and accountability. While medications can be lifesaving and necessary, they should not replace foundational lifestyle change. My work centers on helping individuals build that foundation—strategically, realistically, and without overwhelm.
Whether supporting individuals privately or exploring workplace wellness initiatives, my goal remains the same: to bridge the gap between conventional pharmacy and true health optimization—empowering people to feel clear, energized, and confident in their bodies again.
